The Tourism Management Program has a total duration of 960 hours, combining Spanish language training, professional certification, and university micro-credentials.
SPANISH LANGUAGE COURSE A1 / A2 (200H)
Students begin with Spanish language studies (A1–A2) to improve communication skills and facilitate integration into Spain’s tourism and hospitality sector.
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE- RECEPTION IN ACCOMMODATION – (630H)
The program includes specialized training modules such as:
• Commercial Actions and Reservations (150 hours)
Management of reservations and commercial activities in accommodation services.
• Reception and Customer Service (180 hours)
Professional customer service and reception management in hotels and tourism establishments.
• Accommodation Department Management (120 hours)
Coordination and organization of departments within the accommodation sector.

Paid Internships in Spain
As part of the Hospitality & Tourism Management Program, students have the opportunity to complete real professional internships in hotels, resorts, and tourism companies across Spain.
Internships may take place in 3★, 4★ and 5★ hotels and resorts located throughout the Iberian Peninsula, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, allowing students to gain valuable experience in hotel reception, guest services, reservations management, and hospitality operations.
Internships outside Valencia:
Students completing their internships outside the province of Valencia may receive:
Accommodation provided by the employer
Full board included (3 meals per day)
40-hour work week with 2 days off per week
Monthly allowance from €300 as a study scholarship
Social Security registration, according to internship conditions
During the low season, some internships may also take place in destinations such as the Canary Islands, offering students experience in international tourism environments.

For internships carried out in Valencia:
Meals are typically provided during working shifts
Students may receive a minimum allowance from €300/month, depending on the availability of internship placements offered by the company.
