  • Format type “private specialization diploma” 1000 hours duration approx.
  • The access requirements will be the same as those associated with the 2-year program.

  • May include some hours of Spanish (approximately 200)
  • May include university qualification: Micro credentials.

✅ Possibility of working – With a student visa you can work with an employment contract, 30 hours/week.

INFORMATION ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

Our Master and Diploma programs in Human Resources in Spain aim to provide an up-to-date view of people management in a changing and digital environment. In Human Resources roles, leaders capable of designing digital, cultural and labor transformation processes are required.

The objectives include identifying HR needs in the various areas that make up an organization from a proactive and systemic approach, designing operational plans (such as training and reception) in simulated contexts, evaluating operational plans and specific HR programs to introduce improvements, providing technical advice on HR issues to different organizational areas.

Our Human Resources study program in Spain is designed to train competent professionals to perform management roles in human resources departments. Upon completing our Master in HR, you will be prepared to apply for positions such as Director or Human Resources Manager in companies of any size (SMEs or Large Companies), researcher in Human Resources and socio-labor development, socio-labor intervention and employment agencies, Head of Human Resources Management Department, or Head of Sales Team Management.

HR DIPLOMA

Year 1 – Professional Development

  • Administrative Management of Labor Relations: Labor contracting, calculation of social security benefits, salary remuneration, quotation and collection, computer applications for human resources administration.
  • Human Resources Management: Administrative support for HR management, effective communication and teamwork, middle management in occupational risk prevention.
  • Management of Information and Archiving Systems: Document filing and classification systems, use of databases, relationships in the data management and storage system.
  • Office Automation: Operating system, information search (Internet/Intranet and email), computer applications for word processing, spreadsheets, relational databases, and presentations (information graphics).
