We have different academic Offers adapted to your Needs: MS & DIPLOMAS

 

✅ All training (2 years or 1 year) can include, separately, 600 hours of Spanish language in the center languages from the University of Valencia that will grant a Cervantes degree.

 

Confident: Because this training is official and can also include Paid Internships.

 

✅ Two-year training courses can be adapted to be taken in a single year:

  • Format type “private specialization diploma” 1000 hours duration approx.
  • The access requirements will be the same as those associated with the 2-year program.
  • Private qualification awarded by the Educational Institution.
  • May include some hours of Spanish (approximately 200)
  • May include university qualification: Micro credentials.

 

✅ Possibility of working – With a student visa you can work with an employment contract, 30 hours/week.

 

✅ Stay back option – So at the end of your studies with us you can change to a residence permit to start your job search.

INFORMATION ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

Our training in Tourism, Hospitality, and Spanish Culture prepares professionals for a sector with high labor demand, combining hands-on learning with paid internships at prestigious hotels and resorts throughout Spain.

Spain, one of the most visited tourist destinations in the world, offers the ideal environment to train in tourism management, culture, and gastronomy. The MS in Hotel and Tourism Management opens professional opportunities in Spain and internationally, supported by a strong network of partner companies.

Upon completion, students may access positions such as hotel managers, tour operators, travel agents, or food and beverage managers.

Access can be with:

  • GRADUATE ( DIPLOMA )
  • BACHELOR ( MS )

PERIOD 1 – SPANISH LANGUAGE – 200 H

A1 AND A2 SPANISH LEVEL

 

PERIOD 2 – DIPLOMA UNIVERSITY OF VALENCIA- 600 H

  • MODULE 1: SPANISH HISTORY AND CULTURE – 12 ECTS CREDITS
  • MODULE 2: TOURISM & LOCAL DEVELOPMENT – 36 ECTS CREDITS
  • MODULE 3 : GASTRONOMY – 6 ECTS CREDITS
  • MODULE 4: FINAL MASTER PROJECT – 6 ECTS CREDITS

 

PERIOD 3 – HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT COURSE – 150H


PERIOD 4 – PAID INTERNSHIP – 400 H

MS in Hospitality and Tourism Management awarded by IHMGS in collaboration with UNIVERSITY OF VALENCIA – SPAIN

Students may complete paid internships at 3*, 4* and 5* star hotels and top-tier resorts throughout Spain, including the Iberian Peninsula and the Canary and Balearic Islands.

Internships include accommodation and meals, a 40-hour workweek with 2 days off, and a minimum monthly stipend of €300, with enrollment in the Spanish Social Security system. In Valencia, meals during work shifts and a minimum stipend are guaranteed, subject to availability.

We offer personalized guidance, prioritizing each student’s profile and preferences, as well as internship opportunities in other areas such as catering, schools, hospitals, care facilities, and workshops.

Many of our international students prefer to stay in Spain after their studies to find a suitable job or achieve their educational goals.

Students who want to work and live in the country must apply for a visa change. Spain is able to offer an excellent balance between work and personal life. Additionally, Spain has one of the strictest labor laws in Europe to protect its employees.

  • 2. Photography. A recent passport-sized color photograph
  • 3. Valid and current passport. Original and photocopy.
  • 4. Proof of acceptance of the study, training or internship
  • 5. Test of financial means.
  • 6. Health insurance
  • 7. Criminal Record Check Certificate
  • 8. Medical certificate
  • 9. Proof of residence in the consular district
  • 10. Proof of the identity and capacity of the representative (minors)
  • 11. Authorization of legal representatives (minors)
  • 12. Payment of visa fee.
